Shape the Roadmap: You Decide What We Build Next
You know the feeling. A game you love drops an update, and it's... fine. But it's not the thing you wanted. It's not what anyone in your community was hyped about. Somewhere between "we hear you" and release day, your voice got lost.
We didn't want that to happen here. So we built something different.
Your Roadmap, Not Ours
The RoleForge Roadmap is live — and it belongs to you.
Every feature on the board has a flame button. See something you want? Light it up. The features burning brightest are the ones we build next. When you flame something, it's not a wish tossed into a void. It's a vote that actually counts.
Picture scrolling through the board and seeing "Tactical Combat" glowing with dozens of flames — and knowing that heat is the reason it's being forged right now. That's not a metaphor. That's how this works.
Submit Your Own Ideas
Don't see what you're looking for? Submit a quest. Describe the feature you wish existed, pick a category, and it goes live on the board immediately. Other players can flame it. If it catches fire, it climbs the list.
Some of the best ideas won't come from us. They'll come from the player who's been dreaming about a specific kind of encounter, or the GM who knows exactly what tool would make worldbuilding click. The board is where those ideas find their people.
Watch It Happen
This isn't a suggestion box where your feedback disappears. Every feature on the board has a visible status:
- Forging Requested — you want it
- Forging Accepted — we've committed to building it
- In the Forge — it's actively being built right now
- Forging Complete — we delivered it, and you made RoleForge better for everyone
You can follow a feature through every stage. When something you flamed hits "Forging Complete," you'll know your voice was part of that.
Earn Your Title
Every flame you cast, every quest you submit, every idea that ships — it all counts. The board tracks your Forge Impact and awards contributor titles as you participate. Start as an Apprentice. Keep showing up, keep shaping the direction, and your title grows with your influence.
The players who shape RoleForge's future aren't anonymous. They're recognized. They're part of the story.
Why This Matters
We're building RoleForge for the people who'll play it. The waitlist taught us who you are and what you want. The alpha puts the game in your hands. The feature board closes the loop: a living conversation between the players and the people building the game.
Your frustrations, your wishlists, your wildest feature requests — they all have a voice now. And they all have the power to shape what comes next.
Go Light Something Up
The board is at roleforge.ai/roadmap. Anyone can browse. Waitlist members can flame features and submit quests.
The features burning brightest today will be the features you play tomorrow. Make sure yours is one of them!
