Forging RequestedStorytelling

Uncensored Content

No one likes using an AI and having a denied response because the request mentions something "inappropriate". Some stories are grim, dark and depressing, let the players explore this to its full potential without roadblocks. (Whithin legality, of course)

Having NPC's the player cannot control

I've been playing over 15 of these AI DM's over the last six months and the biggest game breaking issue everyone of them has is if I discribe what a NPC does I can literally make them do anything. A true AI DM needs to allow me to only play my character. The DM plays the NPC's to their established traits regardless of what I write. Even if a NPC is in my party.

Fog of War

Your map reveals itself through your character's eyes. Look around a dungeon the way you'd actually experience it — torchlight pushing back the darkness, your darkvision exposes threats in the inky blackness, and the memory of rooms you've already explored lingering as a dim impression behind you.

NPC Mannerisms & Personality Diversity

Each NPC feels the same after you've met one in a certain archetype. This proposes each NPC has a "Page" generated when they're encountered which is hidden from the player, and it has information on how they talk, move, react under pressure and their general backstory. This would be a matrix that dictate this, and has a range of personality traits, each a point, like agreeableness or stubbornness and would place them on a scale of 0-100. These act as a guideline for NPC behaviour for the AI.

Toggle for Die Roll Transparency

This is an option to tell the AI GM to make all player rolls known to the player, versus making certain player rolls a secret to prevent meta-knowledge. For example, if a player knows they rolled a 1 or 2 on a Perception check, they know the information is unreliable based on the roll. When *certain* rolls are made secretly, the player must take the information at face value. This is suggested as a toggle, because many groups have different preferences. Note some rolls should never be secret.

Alternate rules added by players.

Not everyone wants to play DnD, but DnD is the big boss of RPGs. Would there be a way to allow players to adjust rule sets so they can play their preferred game(s) are add in homebrew rules. I understand that a new company has limited time and resources, so would it be possible to build a platform where players input the rules that they want? Make Roleforge like a Swiss knife that can do many different systems?
