Multiple existences
Similar to character switching in GTA V, allow players to experience multiple player-created existences within the same persistent world. Each existence lives its own story and may never know the others exist unless fate, the world, or the AI Dungeon Master brings them together.

Family payment plans
If you're like me you have a large amount of people who wouldn't want to pay to use this but you want to play with them well simply id If we had group plans for payment that give small or more discounts compared to buying as many people worth you could go from 2 all the way to ten for me tho I'd need a 6 person one and it would call to alot more groups if they could put their excess coins together to get a group plan

Custom Rulebooks!
Ok so this is sort of piggy backing off my previous idea of adding in a new module. Maybe see if there is a way you can make a system where players can input their own rulebooks. Like if they have the PDF's for rulebooks they want to add and any expansions for them. I think this is a way to allow for it. Now if the rulebook uses custome dice maybe allow for a way to make custom dice but regardless it's an idea!

Roguelite legacy prestige system
Make the campaign roguelites with legacy perks & prestige system, so after a run & death or end the next run or life would be much more easier or the player can have a stronger starts in the game, or unique bonuses for the next adventures.

Tactical Combat
Every fight plays out turn by turn on a tactical grid where positioning, cover, and timing matter — type what your character does in plain language, watch the dice land, and see damage numbers pop off enemies on the map as the story of the battle unfolds around you.

April 4, 2026
Create a party
The ability to create custom NPC controlled party members in addition to your own character in a single player game, with the ability to customize each of them in capabilities, personality, and backstory.
RoleForge will launch with the ability for you to create multiple characters and add them to a party so that you can have a variety of races/classes to take on adventures together. You control each of them as individual characters in the party in a turn-based manner. In the future, you'll be able to recruit NPCs to join your party that the AI controls who act as individuals with their own agendas and personalities.
May 6, 2026
Information Spread
NPC's know everything, including your backstory, and you only find out about things through them. To solve this, I propose each event has a "notoriety value", which is affected by things like where the event took place and how many people were witness, this value can change, like moving further from where it took place. This can be used in a system using math that decides whether an NPC will know. This can be used to give information in other ways E.G, message boards or broadcasts based on value
Some NPCs in RoleForge have knowledge that could help you in your adventures. They also have the ability to share information with each other - rumors, secrets, and whether they like you or not!
May 31, 2026
"You're not always the one in charge"
You may be the leader of your group, but in some scenarios you may not be the leader of who you are with. Sometimes you may be just a hired caravan guardian, supposed to do what the caravan master tell you. You may be a good fighter or have expertise in useful field, but it is them who makes decisions, even if you do not agree with them.

Clocks
Clocks that track NPC and faction goals like in Blades in the dark. Between adventures the gm.might roll to see if they get ticked. When every part of it is ticked the faction or character archives their goal. Sometimes player action ticks it as well. Why it matters: makes the world feel more alive and makes it feel like if the PC doesn't hurry the villains might achieve their goals.
RoleForge will support time progression. Examples: some adventures have plot deadlines with consequences, some NPCs will pursue agendas while you are not in their presence, etc.
May 27, 2026
Dynamic Politics
Dynamic political situation, where a village become a tribe, it can become a chiefdom or an oligarchy or a democracy, from there if it expand it can become a kingdom, and if the king dies there might be succession that shatter the realms, these kind of politics, and of course republics is pretty cool even space or fantasy corporations have to do politics. As such the map have to simulate each realm territory geopolitically like the real life United Nations data recordings of 300+ realms

World Builder
Upload maps and documents to assist the AI GM to create and play in any world (eg. Greyhawk, Forgotten Realms, Dragonlance etc.). If provided sufficient info the AI can maintain distances, keep track of major points of interest, locate NPC's in certain areas or towns, geopolitical factions, etc. Maybe a short fillable form to help guide the player to provide sufficient details to create a playable world.
April 18, 2026
Morale
Too many games have characters fight to the death. There should be a system for Morale that might make them flee or before that fight less enthusiastically. I don't see it affecting the PC but it might affect NPC party members.
July 7, 2026
Player Designed Rule Sets, Classes, Spells, and Races
User‑authored rule systems, enabling groups to create and implement their own classes, spells, and races. The system is designed to flexibly interpret custom mechanics, ensuring consistent adjudication and narrative coherence within player‑defined game worlds.
April 22, 2026
Merging skills/abilities/traits/etc.
You should be able to get or combine abilities. If I get heat resistance and cold resistance, they should merge into thermal resistance for example. This keeps things less cluttered and makes sense. Other things could also combine to form stronger or new skills. I have wind magic and a ranged slash attack? Bam, wind cutter unlocked because one of them reached level 2 and I have the prerequisite.
May 27, 2026
Toggle for Die Roll Transparency
This is an option to tell the AI GM to make all player rolls known to the player, versus making certain player rolls a secret to prevent meta-knowledge. For example, if a player knows they rolled a 1 or 2 on a Perception check, they know the information is unreliable based on the roll. When *certain* rolls are made secretly, the player must take the information at face value. This is suggested as a toggle, because many groups have different preferences. Note some rolls should never be secret.
May 7, 2026
Player physical dice rolls
Provide an option to allow a player to physically roll dice outside of the application and enter the rolled amount into the AI. To make it easier, the AI could tell the individual PC to roll specific dice as well. (ie. roll 2 D10, or roll a D20 to hit)
May 27, 2026
Isekai-style rpg
An RPG based on Isekai anime. Where you start off as a normal everyday human and die, getting reincarnated in a new world. This style should not have set classes and things to choose from like dnd. Instead you should have to answer questions about your past life, or have a conversation with some powerful being, to determine what you start as and what you start with. These could come from a pool of options, perhaps with potential to merge options.
May 27, 2026
Skill/ability ranks
Abilities, skills, traits, etc. should have ranks or levels to show how far you have progressed. Someone with an affinity for fire magic may start at rank 0 fire magic, meaning they are capable of using it but have not yet learned how. After training, education, or some other valid method you could rank it up to 1 meaning you are a beginner that can utilize fire magic. I'm not sure what the cap rank would be but let's say 10 for example. When you reach rank 10 fire magic, you have mastered it.

Having NPC's the player cannot control
I've been playing over 15 of these AI DM's over the last six months and the biggest game breaking issue everyone of them has is if I discribe what a NPC does I can literally make them do anything. A true AI DM needs to allow me to only play my character. The DM plays the NPC's to their established traits regardless of what I write. Even if a NPC is in my party.

Multiple existences
Similar to character switching in GTA V, allow players to experience multiple player-created existences within the same persistent world. Each existence lives its own story and may never know the others exist unless fate, the world, or the AI Dungeon Master brings them together.

Campaign Encyclopedia
Creates a menu section that acts as a navigable info center for the player without relying on prompting the AI for information. This track quests, inventory, places visited/not visited, current faction or player alliances, rumors encountered, bounties picked up, enemies faced, events encountered, and any other trackable information that a player may want to refer to down the road. This could also keep an index of official rules for the campaign in the player takes a break/forgets the campaign
June 16, 2026
Dynamic Storylines
The world should move on with or without the player, inaction is action. So plotlines should be able to progress and conclude without the player if they step out or don't partake, and if they're not fast enough it should go wrong. Additionally, multiple storylines should occur at once, even without the player being aware until certain times, and sometimes collide with each other and combined with information spread (other suggested feature) creates a complex layered world that is entirely unique
May 31, 2026
Setting flexibility
I want to be able to play in a totally fictional world with superpowers, the point of ai is to stretch the limitations of humans so being able to pick a world where I can basically be a mha character or even a space pirate is probably #1 on my list.
July 8, 2026
Character Database
A screen that shows all characters I have met and their backstory. It would also show other characters they are linked to such as family, guild mates, adventuring groups, work partners, etc. It should also show my perceived relationship status with them, friend, foe or nuetral. Also show any quest info related to them or past interactions with them.
July 4, 2026
Companion/NPC Morality Standards
Part of keeping NPC autonomy and identity involves staying true to their personality, character, and morals. NPCs will follow the Lawful Good, Lawful Evil, Chaotic good, etc not religiously, but to a point where it makes sense. If a priest spent most of his life tending to the poor, sick and wounded, he might not want to travel with a character who steals, lies, and cheats. NPCs, and companions especially, should be able to make their own decisions, even if it’s not in the party’s best interest
June 16, 2026
Character languages
If I'm an orc who speaks elf but not dragon and in my party I have another player who speaks dragon then the text of what the dragon says should be gibberish to me but not to the person who can speak dragon I think it would be cool

Personalized Classes and Abilities
Have you ever had a certain character in mind that just didn't fit into the defined classes? Maybe a curse you can't quite define with what's been given? Allowing collaboration with the DM on personalized classes, spells, feats, abilities, traits, items, etc while keeping a grounded gameplay experience without breaking the defined rules of the game would allow a lot of players with a niche fantasy in mind to get to try that in action.

Uploadable Adventure Modules
Ability to upload txt or pdf modules that the AI will use to run campaigns and maintain consistency based off provided materials.
April 18, 2026
A Companion System
It would be very reminiscent of Mass Effect and Star Wars Kotor as they meet people and build deep relationships and can influence them with your own behavior. Maybe they dont like your actions and leave your party, or you are building an elite unit of assassins and need to test and develop complex connections so that you can properly vet them, ect... Wives/Husbands, co-workers. Full depth relationship development

April 14, 2026
Interesting encounters
Some combat should be three way so if I attack a scholar and it awakens a massive protector construct not owned by the scholar the scholar should fight me and the construct same goes for the construct they wouldn't just team up cause the pcs there to kill the pc in short we can't just have enemies and allies we need the enemy of our enemies I think it would be dope to get in the centre of a war as some epic fighter fighting off three different armies that are also fighting eachother around you

Spinoffs and Sequels
Finish your campaign but you aren’t quite ready to say goodbye to the world? Maybe you want to make some new decisions this time around? Start a new campaign in the same world from a different perspective. Start a campaign that pick up on the events following the first campaign. Infinite roleplay glitch with way less work!

I haven’t seen a whole lot about what has been coded so far for UI, but being able to adjust the chat size, map size, what data is displayed on screen (map, item cards, character sheets, objective lists, etc) seems like an attractive feature for every player
June 16, 2026
Dynamic full world maps
A map will change when a meteor falls into it, just like pangea splits into many continents, the game maps should be always dynamic as destruction & creation will be shown clearly in the full world map, also we need to be ambitious and have a planetary or astral galactic maps too, for out of world experiences like space explorations, it is important to have a dynamic map that is not too static.

Alternate rules added by players.
Not everyone wants to play DnD, but DnD is the big boss of RPGs. Would there be a way to allow players to adjust rule sets so they can play their preferred game(s) are add in homebrew rules. I understand that a new company has limited time and resources, so would it be possible to build a platform where players input the rules that they want? Make Roleforge like a Swiss knife that can do many different systems?

April 3, 2026
Not the Focal Point
Most AIs I have tried using to RP with all make me the focal point. Whatever my character is or has becomes the center of the story. The player should be born, reincarnated, or placed into the world without everything making them the hero unless that is the story. You should be able to work towards becoming the hero, villain, or an everyday farmer as you choose. Just because I chose to be a demon to start does not mean there should be some prophecy or ancient being waiting for my arrival.
May 27, 2026
Monster Companions
So basically another idea I had was that Monster type creatures. Like Bosses, Mini-Bosses, and other monsters can become companions in a way. Like how in some campaigns you have NPC's who have Monster Sheets as allies to help you out. It's a weird request but I think having monsters as companions and allies especially for evil campaigns could be really cool!

VARIED and UNIQE generation of scenes, characters and world.
AI usually has a tell, a go-to way of describing the world, id love to see an AI that puts some uniqueness into it... Maybe the Elf has a funny lisp, the bar maiden has a twich, maybe the windmill wobbles like crazy at every 10th rotation...And it DOSENT have to be a quest to fix it or a situation, let it unfold naturally but without the boring barebones.

Notetaking Feature
I’d bet my IRA this has already been implemented, but on the off chance it hasn’t, a notetaking feature for the player(s) so they don’t have to solely rely on recaps from the AI. I feel this would appeal to a lot of the more “hands on” players

Lifepaths

Coliseum style contest

Collaborative Shared History
Link characters and stories in a shared (asynchronous) experience. As players interact with a common setting (world), and impact NPCs or the environment, the AI will remember those events and create an ongoing history. While the AI might not represent players, unless 'opted-in', it can refer to past character deeds and actions when recalling a place or speaking as a NPC. This will provide long lasting consequences and will reward continued interaction with the story/campaign.

Rather than pricing plans or stuff, partnering with advertising company and planning some ads that is not too intrusive or annoying, is fine you can do this as an alternative & instead promote the game more, the key would be to get enough players to run the server through the ads as they watch while playing.

I should have to sit there for 20 messages trying to scare off a guard, unless I want a slow story where each exchange takes numerous messages. Custom Levels
So an idea I had is where you can instead of using a 1 - 20 system you could customize how many levels there are, experience to get to each level, and so on and so forth. I think it could be interesting. Idk how it would work realistically but like let's say you are doing an Overlord D&D (The hit anime) and you wanted to mimic the lvl 1 - 100 system from that show, boom you got a way. Just an idea.

Rank system
I think that in adition to my previus idea about faction stats their should be a rank system for factions were both you and other NPC's can move up and down and get benfits. Perhaps an enemy outwits you and is rewarded by a higher rank. Perhaps he even schemes to take over as the main villain by killing his overlord. You could even become the head of your faction and use it's resources for your own goals.

Force and Destiny?
Now Idk if you guys are allowed to add IP TTRPG's but one RPG that's really cool is Star Wars: Force and Destiny. In it there is no max level, there aren't even levels. You earn XP to purchase force abilities, Talents/Advanced Talents, and job specializations. Basically everyone has one job that has around 6 or so specializations. But regardless It's a really cool rulebook that I think being added later on could be really cool!
