Are the tier names and features final?
No. Everything on this page is early thinking — tier names, feature allocation, and pricing are all subject to change. We're sharing this so you can see how we're approaching it, not to make promises.
When will paid plans launch?
Not during alpha. We'll announce well in advance. Founders will get early access and an exclusive launch deal before anything changes.
What do Founders actually get?
A permanent Founder badge, early access to select new features, and an exclusive launch benefit — special Founder pricing and a Forge Coins bonus that won't be available to anyone who joins after the alpha window closes.
What's the difference between tiers?
The core game — dice, rules, living worlds, characters, and hand-drawn maps — is the same across all tiers. Higher tiers unlock better AI models, built-in AI creation tools (images, scenes, video, lore), co-op multiplayer with friends, and advanced features like campaign design. The game itself doesn't get gated.
Can I use my own AI tools to create content?
Yes — all tiers will support uploading your own portraits, maps, and other content. If you already use tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion, you can bring that content into RoleForge. Built-in AI generation is a convenience feature on higher tiers, not a requirement.
